Service Description
After creating a treatment plan during your consultation appointment to help you meet your health goals, follow up appointments are available to help keep you on track, hold you accountable and to answer any questions or provide any extra support that you may need on the way.
Cancellation Policy
-50% of total due at time of booking that goes towards appointment balance. -Must call at least 6 hours in advance to reschedule appt and apply deposit to the rescheduled date. -Must call to cancel at least 24 hours in advance or deposit WILL be forfeited. -After 1st no call no show, 75% of balance will be required at time of booking and will be forfeited if no call no show. After 2nd no call no show, 100% of balance will be required at time of booking, and only same day appointments will be allowed. After 3rd no call no show, patient/client will be unable to book with Fine Alignment or Dr. G for 12 months after no call no show date.
