Fine Alignment Chiropractic & Wellness is a female- and black-owned holistic health clinic currently operating inside Lifestyle Chiropractic and Wellness located in the heart of Kansas City, MO that blends Western evidence-based care with Nutrition and Traditional Chinese, Caribbean, African and Indigenous-based Herbalism, techniques and approaches. It was founded by Dr. Emmanuela Guillaume, aka "Dr. G" in 2025.

 

Dr. G has advanced training in traditional Eastern medicine and completed thousands of hours in diverse chiropractic techniques, acupuncture, and functional medicine. She is certified in Perinatal Care and Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, as well as Functional Movement Systems—allowing her to identify and correct dysfunctional movement patterns that can lead to injury in all age ranges..

 

Dr. G is driven by a passion for empowerment through knowledge, helping individuals address the root causes of dis-ease.  After losing her youngest brother due to an accidental overdose of prescription drugs, Dr. G swore to help decrease the frequency of these deaths by providing safe and holistic alternatives to pain management. She believes no one should die in efforts to escape pain. She aspires to create a safe space where communities can come together and heal together physically, emotionally and spiritually.

 

Drawing on her passion and broad expertise, Dr. G has successfully treated a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to: spinal pain, migraines, Functional Neurological Disorders, depression, anxiety, seizures, addictions, hormonal imbalances, infertility, and more. She takes pride in facilitating innate healing and empowering others to take back control of their health.
