Service Description
Let out doctor read and interpret your different lab results in a way that you can understand and then come up with holistic recommendations using nutrition and natural medicine to get you where you want to be. At this appointment, you will discuss your health goals and needs with your doctor and provide all necessary labs to be studied. Afterwards, your doctor will then explain functional medicine and how it can support you. What to bring to your appointment: - All lab results - Test results - List of medications or allergies *Please do not attend the appoint without this information.*
Cancellation Policy
-50% of total due at time of booking that goes towards appointment balance. -Must call at least 6 hours in advance to reschedule appt and apply deposit to the rescheduled date. -Must call to cancel at least 24 hours in advance or deposit WILL be forfeited. -After 1st no call no show, 75% of balance will be required at time of booking and will be forfeited if no call no show. After 2nd no call no show, 100% of balance will be required at time of booking, and only same day appointments will be allowed. After 3rd no call no show, patient/client will be unable to book with Fine Alignment or Dr. G for 12 months after no call no show date.
