Service Description
Let our doctor read and interpret your different lab results in a way that you can understand and provide you with professional, holistic recommendations. At this appointment, our doctor will provide you with a personalized nutritional plan and at an additional cost, hand crafted blends of medicinal herbs curated according to your labs and health goals.
Cancellation Policy
-50% of total due at time of booking that goes towards appointment balance. -Must call at least 6 hours in advance to reschedule appt and apply deposit to the rescheduled date. -Must call to cancel at least 24 hours in advance or deposit WILL be forfeited. -After 1st no call no show, 75% of balance will be required at time of booking and will be forfeited if no call no show. After 2nd no call no show, 100% of balance will be required at time of booking, and only same day appointments will be allowed. After 3rd no call no show, patient/client will be unable to book with Fine Alignment or Dr. G for 12 months after no call no show date.
