Service Description
Find out how we can best support you. At this consultation appt, a thorough health exam will be given and x-rays will be taken to ensure chiropractic is a safe choice for you. This appt is for patients who have never been treated at Fine Alignment and is required before future chiropractic sessions can be booked. This appointment will include a physical exam, X-rays, and a 15-minute treatment recommended by the doctor, which may include acupuncture, decompression, ultrasound, muscle scraping, or cupping. NO ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE GIVEN DURING THIS APPOINTMENT.
Cancellation Policy
-50% of total due at time of booking that goes towards appointment balance. -Must call at least 6 hours in advance to reschedule appt and apply deposit to the rescheduled date. -Must call to cancel at least 24 hours in advance or deposit WILL be forfeited. -After 1st no call no show, 75% of balance will be required at time of booking and will be forfeited if no call no show. After 2nd no call no show, 100% of balance will be required at time of booking, and only same day appointments will be allowed. After 3rd no call no show, patient/client will be unable to book with Fine Alignment or Dr. G for 12 months after no call no show date.
