Service Description
Want a professional opinion that includes different appraches? Have some labs but you don't know what they mean? Are you having issues but not sure what type of doctor to see? Get one on one time to go over your conditions, complaints and goals, and then receive personalized recommendations ranging from what tests and labs to order, interpreting labs, and providing you with ALL of your health options, ranging from holistic treatments to advice on medications and surgery.- All in the comfort of your own home. Virtual calls start at $50 for 30 mins or $75 for 60 mins due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
-50% of total due at time of booking that goes towards appointment balance. -Must call at least 6 hours in advance to reschedule appt and apply deposit to the rescheduled date. -Must call to cancel at least 24 hours in advance or deposit WILL be forfeited. -After 1st no call no show, 75% of balance will be required at time of booking and will be forfeited if no call no show. After 2nd no call no show, 100% of balance will be required at time of booking, and only same day appointments will be allowed. After 3rd no call no show, patient/client will be unable to book with Fine Alignment or Dr. G for 12 months after no call no show date.
