Fine Alignment Chiropractic & Wellness is a female- and black-owned holistic health clinic located in the heart of Kansas City, MO that uses a full-body approach to restore balance beginning with the Chiropractic adjustment to remove interference from the nervous system, Acupuncture to help the body process stored trauma and release tension, and Nutrition and Herbalism to nourish the mind and body and calm the nervous system. It was founded by Dr. Emmanuela Guillaume, aka "Dr. G" in 2025 .

Dr. G, born in Haiti, is a Chiropractic Acupuncturist and Functional Medicine Practitioner with advanced training in traditional Eastern medicine. She has completed thousands of hours in diverse chiropractic techniques, acupuncture, and functional medicine., including a certification in Perinatal Care and Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

Dr. G is driven by a passion for empowerment through knowledge, helping individuals address the root causes of dis-ease.  After losing her youngest brother due to an accidental overdose of prescription drugs, Dr. G swore to help decrease the frequency of these deaths by providing safe and holistic alternatives to pain management. She believes no one should die in efforts to escape pain. She aspires to create a safe space where communities can come together and heal together physically, emotionally and spiritually.
